This new residence for a retired couple is designed to best capture the views, breezes and sun of the superb site which overlooks Pinbarren Mountain. It is a contemporary farmhouse with a plan that accommodates for a fluctuating number of occupants; friends, children and grandchildren.

Locally sourced timber floors and the recycled timber kitchen contribute to the welcoming, comfortable and spacious feel of the living spaces. Sustainability is apparent in the locally sourced materials, deep overhangs, passive cooling and natural lighting throughout.
